Now I've come to realize that in England the three meals are are not breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rather breakfast, dinner and tea. It's taken me a couple of days to figure this out but all I know is that I'm hungry.
At your age I'm sure it could be: Breakfast, post-breakfast, mid-morning snack, pre-lunch snack, lunch, after lunch snack, mid-afternoon snack, tea, tea again, pre-dinner snack, dinner, after dinner snack, and something to eat before bed. (oh, and midnight snack if you get hungry). Michael Phelps ate over 12,000 calories a day when training without getting fat.
